The results of our latest report on Green Retailing have provided us with even deeper insights into how retailers perceive the value of environmentally-conscious behaviors than we could have hoped for. This year, more respondents agree that a commitment to green practices is not just a good PR initiative, but rather a genuine opportunity for cost savings. More respondents (especially Retail Winners) also view green as a strategic initiative, while fewer think it is a non-starter.

I don't think anyone can argue that the evolution of communications has accelerated over time. Once we hit the digital age, that evolution has felt like something approaching the speed of light. Just the Facts, Ma'am

Sgt. Joe Friday of TV’s Dragnet series was always looking for “just the facts, ma’am.” Ironically, here’s a fact: Joe Friday never said that. The phrase, “just the facts, ma’am,” is an amalgam of several similar statements the character made over the years. Undaunted, we will forge on with a fact finding mission, this time as relates to the status of E-commerce sales as a percent to total sales.
