Sneak Preview of Upcoming Privacy and Security Report

Partner Brian Kilcourse and I have been researching data security and privacy since the now-infamous ChoicePoint breach of 2005. Over the years, our most constant format has been the survey-based benchmark report. Such surveys enable us to not only “take the industry’s temperature” based on the trends that emerge from the collective, but also to provide some real-world insight into the “next steps” which help make the most of current opportunities and help quash common roadblocks for a topic which, for many retailers, has been a significant source of pain and frustration.
